What information should I send for a fast quotation?

Please send panel size, bearing bar size, cross bar pitch, quantity, material, surface finish and destination. Drawings are best. If drawings are not ready, a sketch, site photo or purchase list is enough for the first check.

Can you quote from drawings or a project BOQ?

Yes. Send the drawings, BOQ or grating layout. We can check sizes, panel marks, cutouts, stair treads, trench covers and fixing clips before quoting.

Which finish is better for outdoor projects?

Hot-dip galvanized steel grating is commonly used outdoors and in drainage, platform and industrial walkway projects. For coastal or corrosive areas, stainless steel may be a better choice.

Can you make custom sizes and cutouts?

Yes. We can fabricate cut-to-size panels, notches, openings, toe plates, stair treads and trench covers according to drawings or site dimensions.

How do you pack steel grating for export?

Panels are normally bundled on pallets or steel frames with protective packing. If you have unloading, container or project site requirements, send them before production.

How long does it take to get a reply?

We aim to reply within 24 hours after receiving the main project details. Complex drawings may need extra checking before a final quotation.

Which steel grating standard should I specify?

Tell us the project standard or country requirement first. We can discuss NAAMM, BS 4592, ISO 14122, DIN 24537, AS 1657, YB/T 4001 and galvanizing requirements such as ISO 1461 or ASTM A123.

Can you supply stair treads, trench covers and fixing clips together?

Yes. We can quote steel grating panels together with stair treads, trench drain covers, toe plates and grating clips, so the accessories match the same project layout and packing plan.

Do you provide drawings before production?

For custom projects, we can confirm shop drawings, panel marks, cutouts, bearing direction and packing details before production. This helps reduce site adjustment and installation mistakes.

What shipping details are needed for an export quotation?

Please confirm destination port, delivery term, expected delivery date, unloading limits and any special packing requirement. These details help us calculate a more accurate export price and lead time.
